SQL Statement Tuning - Error: Product could not be identified for <SID>

Hello Expert,

I'm trying to create a SQL Statement Tuning for a Satellite System from  solution manager.

I access to SAP Engamement and Servide Delivery>> Service

I Create a SQL Tuning - Session (GSS_SQL)

The preparation phase is successful.

I can see the scheduled jobs /BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR0000003157 on the system end up properly.

But in analysys face I have the error

Can anyone help me, please?

Hello,

I open an OSS message.

The error is a "cosmetical issue".

I remove scheduled and rescheduled in sdccn  the Maintenance Package task.

... and It works !

I have the same problem on solman, that "Error: Product could not be identified for ...".

Could you please share exactly how you rescheduled the Maintenance Package task?

I go in transaction sdccn , select the task name Maintenance Package, go in the menù task --> delete

After that

in the menù task --> create --> Maintenance Package

Accept default configurations.

The "Error: Produ ... " doesn't disappear, becouse is cosmetic issue, but after that you will be able to create the report.
