Can you please re-visit the steps to generate the APNS cert to ensure all steps have taken correctly? If taken steps are correct then I would recommend to open an incident in SMP so that we can take a look at your system.

Thanks,
Sejal

Can you check if "Name" and "Push Service" are populated in Afaria admin?

How do I do that?

These fields are located on iOS Notification page in Admin, from where you were attempting to install APNS cert. Server -> Configuration -> Component -> Server -> iOS Notification.

So are you able to install APNS cert using InstallPushCert utility? Since you are able to see it in the MMC, it seems installation using this utility completed. Can you check if "Name" and "Push Service" are populated in Afaria admin?

Enrollment server setup won't ask for APNS cert, it just prompts for SSL cert.

Thanks,
Sejal

Can you try to install using InstallPushCert located under Afaria install Dir\Bin:

  • Browse to <ServerInstallationDirectory>\bin\InstallPushCert.exe.
  • Right-click and select “Run as administrator”.
  • Browse to each of the required certificates.
  • Enter the correct password required for exporting the Push certificate.
  • Leave the “Modify ACL” checkbox selected.
  • Click Install.

If error still occurs then you may want to re-visit the steps to confirm all necessary steps have taken correctly to generate APNS cert.

Thank you,
Sejal Patel
