Plant Maintenance Scheduling and Call dates

Hi Experts,

I have a multiple counter plan below are plan details :

Cycle - 16000 hr

operation type - OR

CntrOverReadg               -           65000

AnnualEstimate             -            8000

3 measurement Documents were created as per dates below :

14.05.2010 dated Measuring Document has counter reading 32000

28.05.2010 dated Measuring Document has counter reading 65000

25.04.2012 dated Measuring Document has counter reading 81000

last order generated on        -  25.04.2012

order confirmation date         - 09.05.2012

latest order generated on      - 14.01.2015

My issue is why next order is generated so early ?

Only thing which I have done is for this plan, a new item is added.

Please share your valuable views.

What is your call horizon?.

And wht are all the scheduling parameter u have given can you pls share. so that

we can check better.
