I Have a doubt in ESG and PSG Grouping
- First we group PSG for work schedule right??
this PSG should be same for Absence T
Is this PSG
should be same for Time quota
Please clarify wheather the Grouping for WSR ,Absence Types
and Time Quota should be the same or it can be varied
- Same with ESG
Where we need to maintain same grouping for WSR ,Time quotas
Personnel Sub Area grouping for WS means you group Personnel Sub-areas which follow same work timings. But it is not necessary that same PSG should be there for WSR, Absence types it can differ from case to case.
For Ex: A company has 3 personnel sub areas Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. In this case Delhi and Bangalore follow 9-6 timings and Chennai has 8-5 timings. So you will group Delhi and Bangalore under one PSG for WSR say Grouping 1 and Chennai under grouping 2 as it follows different timings.
When it comes to Absence types Delhi has Sick Leave and Paid leave where as Bangalore and Chennai has SL,PL and CL so here you will group Delhi under one grouping say 1 and Bangalore and Chennai under grouping 2.
Same logic applies to ESG as well.
