Hi Keyur,
A process werein you do not have schedule lines,no delivries,but only order to billing is Service item.There are no deliveries here as there are no physical items moving.
Text item will come along with the item categories,you can configure it in the item categories itself.

Service Item: This is basically the service provided in the form of consultancy, technical training, teaching, banking, insuarance, & so on... These are such that it is not possible to measure in exact quantity. Servove Item is most commonly used in consulting, AMC (Annual Maintainance Contract) services for maintainance of say TV / Water Cooler, & so on.
Text Item: are basically catelogue, pamplet, instuction sheet, which is normally provided free of cost with a product / service. For Eg: TV comes with a catelogue og the functionality of TV.

eg: Financial service company .
it doesnt contain any physical materials..It will provide services to its clients.
here u create a materail with item cat group :LEIS,
but u dont have any MRP views as its not maitained any inventory.
here no physical movement of goods happend.
Client place an order for its service, it has schedule lines too,
item cat -TAD ,schedule line cat - CT,(without movement type, no availability chek )
Text item:- is nothing but, indications abt the product how to use,manufacturer;s name n address will maitain on product or on packaging materail.which is non stockable items.
item cat - TAX,
which is rel for delivery.
