Confirmed qty not changing in sales order

Hi Frds,

my customer has created a sales order ........ confirmed qty is default its taking 18.....But my stock is 118......unable to change the confirm & Picking qty

Pls help me on the above scenario

Hello Kabil,

Please let us know the order quantity and also provide a screen shot of schedule lines for us to better understand the issue.

Also check the stock on the posting date using Tcode MB5B.

HI Naveen,

Problem is picked and confirm qty is by default taking 18 qty.... but stock availability is 118 qty......

My ordered qty is 90 but system picking 18 qty only............

help me out........

You should make sure you are checking CO09 and not MMBE, Presumably other sales orders are reserving the quantity and that's why the full amount is not available. A screenshot of CO09 would be useful for us.

Hello Kabil,

Noel has correctly pointed out, please check the available quantity of material using Tcode CO09, provide the plant which is determined in the sale order and also the checking rule which is maintained in the material master.
