I'm pleased to inform my customer that DDL can be replicated within user stored procedure in ASE 15.7.1 SP121 and later version.
Very interesting!
1) Will it work with every version of RepServer?
2) Could you give us some examples of the advantages of having that?
3) Does it mean we would need to enable "ddl in tran" to see "create table" commands being replicated inside a SP?
Thanks!

1) It is good question. I think we need to check the interoperability section between ASE and SRS in release bulletin manuals.
2) In general, it is recommended to keep ddl in tran set to false unless initial or resynchronize objects stage for creating schema via stored procedure. BTW, DDL commands inside transactions, keep the transaction short as DDL commands hold locks on system tables such as sysobjects.
3) Good question! I need to setup testing environment to clarify it.
Thanks.
