Begin in SAP APO

Hello all,

I am Junior MM/PP consultant with Supply Chain Management & industrial engineering knowledge.

I am young graduate of industrial & logistics management engineering.

I am interested to begin in SAP APO so i started this discussion to have some advices from you, SAP Scm consultant.

Please, to begin in APO, wich functional & business  knowledge must be developed ? what are general tasks for an APO consultant regarding Supply key-end users ?

Could you please give some elements that can guide me in my self-training ?

Hi Yaz,

Go through the below link to understand what are sub-modules in APO. What are the processes in them. What business functionality they can support when it comes to mapping in the system. This will give you an idea what kind of business understanding you should have to provide right solutions.
