Incorrect Allocation of equivalent number after the settlement

Good Day,

We are using Process orders to allocate the cost accumulated

during production of a specific material. In our settlement rule we are

using equivalent number to do the distribution but it seems as if

the equivalent numbers are not taken into account when doing

the allocation, it looks as if a different algorithm come into play in

our case. See attached example for more details.

Hi Themba.

Question: 192 014 319.16 Is the total cost of your production order? or is just the value the system settle in KO88 ?

Keep in mind the settlement value is just the difference between the GR of all the Finished Products and the sum of the cost of the raw material + overhead.

In your example,  the 73% of the cost of your PP order is the sum of your Good recepit 738 511 948 + the settlement 154 442 923 =  892954871

I guess the total cost of your order is 1223225851 (you can confirm this in tcodes KKBC_ORD or in KOB1)

I see your are working with Material Ledger. I recomend you read this post.

Arturo.

Hi Themba,

Better to post it in FICO forum for good answer.

Settlement profile is there in order type which can fetch settlement rule.

Regards,

Krishnendu.
