i am getting the Dump while running Standard leave request application hress_a_ptarq_leavreq_appl?

Hello Experts ,

I am running the Standard leave request application "hress_a_ptarq_leavreq_appl"  but i am getting the below dump i am unable to understand

why this dump is occurring, can any knows whats is the reason and any Sap notes available for this?

What also could be the problem is that the employee doesn't have a good assignment to a position in OM.

If PTARQ fails as well, this could be the problem.
