SUM error log in German Language?

hi I am currently using SUM SP 12 patch 0 on a Window Server 2008 R2

In Pre- processing phase, i hit an error, but the logs is written in German,

Why is this hapenning ? and how to change it to English 
I have check the profile parameter zcsa/system_language  = E

* I have fixed this error, but it would be much easier if all logs was in English

did you check the profile parameter zcsa/system_language for the shadow instance?

Right now i am at End of preprocessing, dont think i can login to the shadow instance to check.
there is still no profile file created for the Shadow instance .

Based on the screen shot you are in the Pre-Processing phase and If you are using a system switch upgrade strategy then there will be a shadow system created and in such a case the phase ACT_UPG is executed in the shadow system. It depends on where exactly you are looking for the shadow instance profiles. They are not present in the main instance profile directory.

Check G:\usr\sap\QAS\SUM\abap\QAS\SYS\profile directory for the shadow instance profiles.

I found the profile files under SUM directory

G:\usr\sap\QAS\SUM\abap\system\QAS\SYS\profile\DEFAULT.PFL

G:\usr\sap\QAS\SUM\abap\system\QAS\SYS\profile\QAS_DVEBMGS02_EXSAPDQAS

Checked both, the instance profile has

zcsa/system_language = E

completed the SPS, there were other errors but in english, so i guess it doesn't matter now. Perhaps it was a special log/case it went into German
