Hi Kamal,

1- USMM is a transaction code that provides a system summary of a SAP instance install on a server. It will report in a what kind of module that the installation has and how many user are in the system.

Companies who implement SAP need to send this generated(on yearly basis) to SAP via SAP Router or mail.

2- SOX COMPLIANCE (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance)

It is an ACT to prevent Accounting Frauds. Failure to SOX comply can result in significant loss of market capitalization and shareholder trust, as well as criminal liability for corporate executives.

As an example if an employee transfer funds from one account to another without being noticed, needs to be under legal implications under Sarbanes-Oxley ACT(2002)

3- SAP EBP (SAP Enterprise Buyer Professional)

Like other SAP Products SAP CRM, SAP APO, SRM,

SAP Enterprise Buyer Professional simplifies the purchasing process so that individual departments can order directly - enabling the purchasing department to focus on strategic tasks.

Organizations in the public sector procure(Buy) mainly consumable materials or capital assets rather than production goods or other inventory-managed materials. Computer-controlled purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification systems have already significantly improved the procurement process.

For example, SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) integrates the entire procurement process into SAP Funds Management, ensuring that values and quantities are updated at the same time. It also supports the professional buyer in all functions, such as creating and monitoring purchase orders.
