Does SAP BPC MS 10 Supports SQL SERVER 2014 DEVELOPER OR ANY OTHER EDITION

I have a server with OS Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter, I was thinking to install SQL SERVER 2014 DEVELOPER EDITION.

Does SAP BPC 10 MS Supports it?

Hi Martino,

as April wrote no one version of BPC support Developer Edition of SQL for now the only edition supported for production is the Enterprise Edition.

You should go back and read the note. SQL 2014 is not supported yet, but it seems like Developer Edition is.

Hello Martino,

SQL 2014 Enterprise version is only supported in BPC 10.1 SP2 and above as per the developer edition it was never supported in any version of BPC.

Hello,

BPC 10 does not support SQL 2014 yet. It will in a future SP release but that is still tentative. BPC 10.1 SP02 is scheduled to support it but that too is tentative as well.
