Workitem status logically deleted

Hello,

I have problem with work items. In status it is showing  Staus "cancel" and work item logically deleted.

What could be the reason?

Hi,

What exactly is the problem that you have with this perfectly normal standard behaviour of workitems being set to logically deleted (in most cases it is just a workitem from a parallel branch in a x:y fork where x < y).

Hi,

I think somebody has cancelled the workitem in inbox. So this

status appears as logically deleted.

workitems can change to a logically deleted if:

the workflow template was designed this way, for example, let us say that I have a workitem waiting for me to approve an order, but for some reason the order was deleted, the deletion raised an event which was received by a "wait for event" step which was followed by a process control ending the workflow and logically deleting the task waiting for me. 

an admin set them as logically deleted.

both option should be visible on the technical workflow log

I have found the problem. Thanx ronen. During batch job for approval process, one agent was locked. That's why status was cancel & work item was logically deleted.
