Migration SAP R/3 from SQL 2008R2 to SQL 2012

Hi Dear Experts,

I have a test system 198GB on SQL Server 2008. I want to copy it on another server as SQL Server 2012. I setup a new server and database . I took a full backup of DB. Database is ready for transportation. I checked many SAP notes about migration but i still couldn't find a solution about how can i transport SAP files correctly. To improve my skills on migration i want to copy system on this server. I am keep searching but can you please lead me on right notes?  If you have another solution i'm open for any advice..

This is not the right forum to post this question. This SCN site is used to post questions related to SAP Test Data Migration Server (TDMS).
