About MDM

Hi all,

I am working in CCM 2.0 on SRM 5.0. I am interested to know more about MDM.I am working as a Functional Consultant.I am interested to know what does the MDM do and as a functional consultant, what would be my role.To start with can you provide me with some documents.Where can i get the training for MDM.How will be the implementations in near future for MDM. Plz guide me. I will award points for sure.
