Hi Victor,

Please check the following:

1. Check SM59: Connection Between the Integration Builder and Runtime

INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

Check if the User is relevant service user and with proper roles. Do a test connection and check if this is functioning correctly.

2. Transaction SICF

services cache and cache_ssl should be active

Refer the doc for further details.

In my case, i have the same issue, look the picture:

But in the end of the error message yo have a link to Main page, click here and you will be on the Lock overview

Can you try to do a cache refresh and check if its giving any errors:

SXI_CACHE

http ://<server>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta

http ://<server>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Is normal this error? In field DIRECTORY Cache overview work fine.

Hi Victor,

I guess it some issue with the Configuration of Cache URL to this view...

As you are able to update the Cache without any errors (alongwith SXI_CACHE ?)...did you try to test a message End to End and check if it works?

The error 404 is a error generic in browser but i dont see a solution for Cache Generic

Hi Victor,     I don't have more ideas right now, maybe a redeploy the J2ee server or something like that, but i'm not sure. What's the PI version? I have try the same steps again: SAP PI Tools /Administration/Repository Cache and Directory Cache, runs Ok

Could it be a client problem besides the Browser?
with IE try to change the compatibility mode.
