Message in monitor PI

Hello colleagues,

In the monitor PI show this message but I dont see more information in sapnet and SCN page,

Error de connexió amb FACT: Codi: KO /Missatge: MAPPING.NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND Interface mapping

Please check if there is a corresponding message mapping/Operation mappig is present in ESR

Hi Victor,

Seems issue with Cache. Please check if the cache is Up-to-Date.

If not, you need to do a Cache refresh delta / Full.

Open the related MM / OM in ESR and check the Cache status for these object.

Try to Save (with some Dummy change) & re-Activate your MM and OM and check if it helps.

The system has been is restarted. The problem when execute the mapping.

Hi Victor,

Is this issue happening for single Mapping or its failing for all other mappings too?

Did you check the Cache status / Notifications in ESR and ID, if they are Up-to-date.

Also as I suggested abv, try to do a dummy change in related Object and Save-Activate and check if it helps.

Hi Victor,

What is your scenario? SOAP-RFC, PROXY - PROXY, etc?

This problem should be appear when in the endpoint is raised an exception and the response message is not generated. Try to check in PI monitoring if the message has arrived to your endpoint and check any exception in your endpoint (ABAP system with st22 you can check it)
