UAR Review Process Rejected not in Background Scheduler

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.  I've configured the UAR workflow and it's working.  When I run the "Generate data for access request UAR review" job, data gets generated and then admins can assign coordinators etc.

Then the "Update workflow for SoD request" job creates workflow entries.

However, according to the UAR guide, there should be a job called "UAR Review Process Rejected", which doesn't appear in the drop down.

Am I looking for this in the wrong place?

Dear Santosh,

rejected users/requests can be seen in Access Management > Compliance Certification Reviews > Manage Rejections. After updating these rejections you can re-start this particular requests via "Generates new requests for UAR rejected requests" via the scheduler.

By the way, to which UAR guide are you referencing?

Thanks and regards,

Alessandro

Hi Alessandro,

Thanks, but that job stays in process forever and doesn't actually generate any requests.  Not only that the guide indicates that the job that I mentioned (UAR Review Process Rejected) should be run first and then the job you mention should be run.

I'm referencing the UAR guide that's in the instguides section for GRC 10.1.

I know there's a note out there for the in process error so I'm not certain if that's what's holding up the background job.
