PO can get overdue info record in AFS

hello Experts:

I'm experiencing a problem in AFS system, PO can get overdue info record when creation PO in ME21N. situations as below:

a material code/vendor code has a info record and valid from 2014.06.09 valid to 2014.12.09, and a PO had been created with the Info record at 2014.06.10

today(2015.01.15), when i create a PO with the same info record, only input vendor code/Pur.org/pur grp/company code/material code/plant code, the info recode cann't be got, but when I input quantity in "Item ->Delivery schedule->grid entry", the overdue info record can be got in the screen of ME21N.

How to resole the system problem? My SAP is a AFS system. seems that the problem isn't exist in R3 standart system.
