PowerBuilder 12.6 email issues

After migrating from PowerBuilder 11 to PowerBuilder 12.6 (build 3506), we've run into the following issues with email functionality:

1. When using mailBodyAsFile readoption with mailReadMessage, it is not storing the message text in a temporary file.  And if the text of the message is too long, the notetext attribute is empty, so that can't be used consistently.

2. When using mailDeleteMessage, application locks up (does so running from PowerBuilder or as compiled executable).

3. When sending a message, the message is not put in the 'Sent Items' in the Outlook mailbox of the sender.

All of these items worked fine in PowerBuilder 11, so I was just wondering if anyone else has had these issues.  We're getting these problems on every pc that we've tried them on.
