Report Painter--G/L Account no showing in Output

Hi All

I m adding a G/L in one of our reports in report painter but still its not showing up anywhere in the output. The account number is 661250.

Any advice.

Hi All

Thanks for your responses. The reason why G/L account was not showing up in report was simple the account had no cost element. We reversed the entries, added the cost element and posted in that account again. This way that G/L started to show up in that particular report.

I do not see other parameters (i.e. Version, Value Type, Fiscal Year, Company Code ..etc) in your GDS?

Its at header level.

But the question is why only this account is not getting displayed.

P.S This report is old report & one account was added but somehow not showing up in report.

In that case you need to check whether your General Data Selection is defined properly or not?

To my understanding, somewhere your parameters are restricting the output as per your expectation.

Please share your GDS details and your FS10N screen.

Check the key figure value you have selected in your report, might be this should be the reason.

Which table are you using for your report?

Also, please check FBL3N if your GL has any value posted for a particular period and year.
