Missing Facebook Posts and Comments From a Customer on Facebook wall

Hi, experts.

Facebook comments and posts are visible on the Facebook wall but not in the queue, and i posted a comment with a facebook that is enabled without extreme privacy settings, and my C4C tenant is set according to "Enabling Features in Scoping for SAP Cloud for Service or Social Engagement" document.

Does anyone have solved this problem or can help me? Please

Hello Luis,

Have you set the background job to fetch the posts from your Facebook Channel? Kindly check if it is done. According to my understanding this might be missing. You can set the recurring job to fetch the posts and comments.

If you have already set this, you can check the log for each run. Share the log so that we can get the more idea on this.

Hi, Chandan.

I have set the job. The really problem is that facebook changed the process to validate app´s, and my app for my channel is not live, so i´m learning about the new process to do it.
