SAP IT incident Management Mobile Error

My problem is when i try create new incident at mobile application  i get the message: SAP IT Incident Management There was an error sending your message.: Forbidden

anyone  know what is it or fix?

Please check this help guide:Mobile Apps in SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

And make sure you have configured correctly.

Thanks for your help, but the connection with SAP x Mobile works fine, i can see in app my incidents open with CRM_UI but when i try open new incident i get the error.
