Deficit of BA Unrestr.

Hi I am trying to create a delivery however I am getting the following error "Deficit of BA Unrestr. prev. 1 PCE : 1102 0970 0970 0000115899". There is sufficient stock is available in the system can some one please advice the possible reason for the same. Thanks in advance
