Customization of a Login page of BI4.1

Hi,

I'd like to customize a login page of BI Launch Pad of BI4.1 SP5.

Specifically, I'd like to change the phrase of a login page.

Please see attached file.

It was possible by change in following file in XI3.1.

Please tell me a modification method in BI4.1.

*The phrase of "logon.firstInstruction" and "logon.secondInstruction" is changed.

I think it is not possible to customize error message because it's stored in DB.
