EXPORT transformation file missed

Hi ,

I am facing an issue when I run Export transaction data to file service and getting error Export Transaction Data to File" runs failed, but I have created transformation file  and applied all dimensions in MAPPING .After that I have validate the trnasormation file it couldnot give any error details after reject count  fails. Nothing its showing like fail issue.Please suggest on this.

Hi Shrikanth ,

This Export Data was  not there earlier now I have added and updated below mappings

In this Export  trnasormation file I have mapped  only dimensions

*MAPPING

ACCOUNT=*COL(1)

AUDITTRAIA=*COL(2)...and so on

I am not getting any error as such. Only after validation it  says all records in error but not showing what error is.

You need to paste your whole transformation file here.

And whats in your export data.xls file?

Hi Sun,

You need to map out all the dimensions. including your rptcurrency and entity to *COL().

Remember that you are exporting data, not creating new data with your *NEWCOL()

Select only base members to export in PRODUCT_AP dimension

Hi Sun,

while running data manager package it will ask to select member that time please select base level member as shown in below screen shot.

or

Select parent level member and select relationship as Base Level. don't select parent level member.If you select parent level member then don't use relationship as member only,

In bpc  data get always stored against base level member, never gets stored against parent level member. Data gets aggregated at parent level.
