BO DataServices Server through GSNI SOCKS

Hi All,

I googled but couldn't find anything...

Does anyone has any documentation or idea to connect to the server through BODS with GSNI SOCKS(Global Service Network Infrastructure Socket Secure)

Hi All,

Just got this information!!!

GSNI is nothing but a authentication to connect to client network. We can also use TOXCLIENT in place of GSNI.

When we need to work on client network we enable opentext socks then login in to GSNI or Toxclient and then we try to connect application.It connects to all applications but if you want to connect to BO/BODS Designer then you need to put in the IP address: 6400 in the System Name as the protocol doesnt resolve the FQDN.

Hope this is useful. Please correct me or add any further information if necessary..
