Adding CEO, other details in fields at bottom of Sales Orders, etc.

Hello,

How can I add info such as the CEO, tax official, etc to the bottom of sales orders, purch orders, and other documents that apply. I cant find the fields for that in the administration modules. The phone number, tax ID do show up, but only on the sales orders, so I need those, and the CEO and tax official to appear on all docs, at the bottom.

Administration>System Initialization>Company Details.

The only field I see that apply to the footer of the documents are the tax ID and phone numbers.

Perhaps theres a separate location for the other information?

Use below field from OADM table.

CEO --> T0.[ManagerF]

Tax official-->T0.[DdctOffice]

that works, thanks! I see the CEO I entered shows up on the Sales Orders, but not the Purch Orders. Do you know how I can get the text to show up on there?

Where do you want add those fields? It is same for all documents.

I'm assuming it should show up automatically on all documents with those fields but it shows up on just the sales orders for some reason
