Exception occurs when get Members

Please help. Im getting error "Exception occurs when get Members" when opening Dimension.

How to resolve this?

Hi all,

I got this message again.

Now restart can not solve this error. I also already try program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, but still error.

Below some point to make it clear:

• I got this message when I try to display member dimension in BPC web admin hierarchy view. When list view it even does not display anything whereas there is member.
  
  
• I use Internet Explorer version 11.0.96
  
• But this error not occur when I use other browser, like Opera.
• Windows version: Windows 8.1 64bit.
• BPC version: BPC NW 10.1

Anybody plese help me.

Hello Agus,

Kindly go to Tcode SE38 and Run program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, then select your dimension and execute it.
