Wave Creation - System could not create a background job for release of wave

Hi All,

Scenario -

I have created two wave templates for A Class and B Class items.

For A class items the wave is released immediately and for B Class items wave is released automatically according to the template.

I have scheduled wave for every half an hour for B Class Items. As per config Warehouse request are getting assigned to wave immediately once outbound deliveries are distriubuted to EWM. But when the system is trying to release the wave as per release time in wave template it is showing the below error.

Please note there is no issue while releasing the wave manually.

Hi,

have you tried to create this wave manually and then wait if the background job is then created and done? If that works, I would assume it is an issue with the users which creates the wave in the background, that this one has not the proper authorization for the background job?

Thanx . You were right . It was an authorization issue. Wave release getting scheduled in SM37 .
