Diagnostic Agent FQDN issue

Hi dear Fórum,

   I'm configuring Solution Manager 7.1 SPS12 System Monitoring

   I checked Full Hostname in LMDB and it is empty (screenshot)

Previously solved through note 1626853 but in SPS 12 /SMD/Agentadmin is giving me error. How to manually add FQDN to Diagnostic Agent.

Hello

I assume you have checked if your system can resolve the FQDN via nslookup and your content of hosts file.

In the help text it says

"The FQDN should be resolvable on the host of your SAProuter.[...]"

Have you also checked trouble shooting docs attached to this note?

Hi Marco thanks for responding, yes, FQDN is available via file /etc/hosts this is a problem with the agent
