Problem with Outlook Integration droping emails onto activity.

SAP B1 8.81

Hi experts

I can no longer 'drag and drop' emails from Outlook onto activity in SAP. (This is working fine until recently but now activity does not pop-up when email is 'dropped')

I checked the installed Add-Ons and it seem OK (I disconnected and then reconnected to confirm)

I checked in Outlook also but cannot see where problem is that is stopping this function.

I reboot the SAP Business One Integration service also.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?
