KSV5 and order substitution

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a problem concerning the CO cycles (KSV5), i have defined a substitution in OKC9 for the document item and tried to use U300 (exit) using program ZRGGBS000.

Despite that, the exist is not called when running the cycle and the order field is empty.

The substitution has no rule defined, so it might entry the exit.

Anyone had the same problem and has the solution?

I had read the note 842318 but following the steps the problem still remain.

The customizing is in the attach.

Hi,

In CO cycle, substitution will be available only for customer fields (CI_COBL structure) and text header. Please, check note 392273.
