SAP DMS - Distribution Lists and Workflow scenario

Hello Experts!

I need to create a document type, with status network. So far so good. But I need a workflow scenario with this status network, to send originals by email. The problem is, according to the status, the receipt list for the document needs to be different. I cannot fix a receipt list in the document.

I have no ideas how to solve this problem, since I am not a DMS expert.

Any ideas?

Hi,

have a look at Document Distribution:

Document Distribution - Document Management - SAP Library

if this still does not fulfill your requirements, you can control the recipients in the related SAP Business Workflow itself via your own logic.

Hello Ulf, thanks for quick Reply. I have already read the information in this link you sent, but could not find a direct answer to my requirement. The answer might be a development in workflow and some additional tables, and adittionally not use standard distribution, but I would lime to be 100% sure I cant do it with standard features.
