Desktop Connection - varying input values between CRM and Outlook.

Hi everyone,

we are currently facing the issue that we don‘t get the same input values for some fields in the outlook client as they are in our CRM System.

Do you guys know what the problem could be to solve that issue?

Hello Osman,

first, please note that the values are depending on the process type you are using (see table CRMC_ACT_CAT_ASS on crm system) so you should check whether you compare same process type on crm system with the one on outlook.

Secondly, please also note that for appointments on outlook only those values are shown with activity class = F (see table CRMC_ACT_CATEGOR on crm system).
