Authorization_Object for RE-RX RECN/active

Hi All and happy new Year 2015

we would like to restrict the SAP RE FX authorizations for the activation of the Real Estate Contracts (transaktion RECN).

All Employee should have the ability to edit the contract BUT not to to set the system status as AKTIV in the general data of the contract (Transaction RECN).

Do anybody have please any Idea?

PS: i have tryd with the Object F_RECN /Activity 7.. didnt work

Dear Omar Albosta.

You already try to set right thing. and you can think more step as below.

1. Define the Role : PFCG

    - A Group with authorization of contract activation

      ==> Object : F_RECN

             Field name : ACTVT

             Activities : 07 (Activate, generate) - Checked

    - B Group without authorization of contract activation

      ==> Object : F_RECN

             Field name : ACTVT

             Activities : 07 (Activate, generate) - Non-Checked

2. Assign this Role to User id.

p.s >> You can check the RE-FX authorization object from T-code SU21 > Object ISRE
