Desktop Connection - Can't see related Contacts to an Account in an appointment

Hi everyone,

we are facing some issues that whenever we want to see the related Contacts to an Account that we get an empty screen. We are assuming that this in an error that we are having in this incident.

Do you guys get automatically a result list of the related contacts to an account or is it also empty as ours?

I appreciate any help to solve this issue.
