CRM UI not visible incidents

Faced with a problem, create a user, add a role in SOLMAN, create incidents they can, and in Recent item see them, but finding them is not displayed.

What could be the problem?

But this incident not visible in search

But, my super user sees the incident

Hi Evgeniy,

please assign the authorization Object UIU_COMP with full (" * ") authorizations to you user and check again!

If its not working, please check in addition for CRM_ORD_PR with:
at least Activity 03 (Display) for PR_TYPE Incident (SMIN/ZMIN).
