Error while Enabling Advance GL Account option

Dear Experts,

I am getting below error when enable Advance GL Accounts in SAP B1 9.0 pl 04.

Cannot continue with migration because SAP Business One integration EventSender on COMP20140919 is connected to the company database; close this program and repeat migration

Hi,

Try:

1.Before enabling advanced GL account option, temporarily stop Eventsender under Services.

2. Stop add-on if any.

Once enabled, start Eventsender as well as Add-on.

Hi Randy,

Sap integration component installed or not? if it is installed then you need to stop event sender, di proxy and di proxy manager service.
