You are forwarding the sub workflow.
Please ensure you forward only dialog task that too to a dialog user.

this is not a subworkflow it's a task (if it was a subworkflow it would have started with WS and not TS), and this is not the workflow log but the workflow template, you need to look at the log to see the specific workitem which needs to be forwarded - you don't even need the technical log - you can press the extras->show IDs button in the regular log.

You can only forward dialog workitems, you are trying to forward a (sub)workflow. That doesn't make sense from an agent determination point of view.
Please identify the dialog item you wish to forward and use SWIA for those.

It seems like you are trying to forward the subworkflow and not the task, look at the workflow log for the task workitem id and forward it.
