Region field as Optional field

Hi,

I want to make a Region field as a Optional field not a mandatory using VK11.

I want this field on Header level only as optional field.

Can you please suggest how to make Region field as Optional entry while maintain condition record.

Hi

Create one more condition table by removing "Region"

assign the condition table in access sequence.

now we can see the two key combinations in VK11 with region and without region.

as per your requirement you can maintain condition records by selecting the correct combination (with region or without region)

Why you want to make the field as optional as your pricing procedure has set up like that ?

If you do not want to enter any value for this field, then you can remove the field from condition table.

But I assume, you should do that after a confirmation of your team.

Hi

This is not controlled through configuration of field selection. When we add a field in condition table system automatically makes it mandatory. All fields in condition table must be filled. You can use different condition table without that field which you dont want to be mandatory.
