PI newbie - where do i find the Consumer Proxy

Where oh where do i find the consumer proxy?

I have a SFTP Config Scenario which is not working. Have been requested to: adjust the consumer side configuration i.e. logical port, in soamanager to avoid the WS-A header. The issue is described in not 1361688.

I don't know how to do this. The note mentions finding the consumer proxy but i am not sure where this is, can i find this in the Integration Builder? Any help greatly appreciated.
