I hope someone can help to prevent the following application error occurrence.

[Environment]

Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition - 64bit

Crystal Report 10

[Problem]

When creating PDF file using CrystalReport's dll, sometimes the following

application error occurs and our program(Server.exe) that call CrystalReport's dll is

stopped abnormally.

Just looking for any tips on how to resolve the issue.

Crystal 10 is not certified to work on Windows Server 2008, so there may not be a way to resolve this without upgrading to the latest version of Crystal.

We will consider to upgrade to SAP Crystal Reports 2013.

Dell is correct. Time to upgrade to SAP Crystal Reports 2013. An Eval is available from here:
