SFTP Seeburger could not connect to remote host

Hi,

We have configured a Receiver SFTP Communication Channel in SAP PI 7.3.

When we're sending messages to the 3rd party, SOMETIMES it is successfully sent however there are also times that it fails in the Adapter Engine and we need to restart the communication channel then resend the failed message.

Here is the Error from the Communication Channel log:

Hi,

Ping the communication channel and check if system is up & available!

Also check with your Network team, if any firewall restrictions on the network!

Default port number for SFTP is 22.

Hi Chrizel,

1. Check if the Receiver SFTP server is Available to connect and post file (without any downtime).

2. In your Receiver SFTP CC try to configure * in server fingerprint field of SFTP Adapter channel and check if it helps.
