Hi,
We have a report which displays -"Previous Demand" which displays all Planned orders till today's date. So today when we compared this with stock requirement list(MD04), we are not seeing any demand in MD04, but there is a value in our report.
Is there any configuration settings or profile settings which hides all previous date planned orders or production orders in MD04?.
Appreciate if someone provides some inputs.
Thanks in advance.
Hello Aditya,
MD04 will shown all open receipts.
In your case what is the status of those old Production order ??
W.R.T to planned order , are those planned order are simulative planned order or has any planning scenario assigned to it ?
Use MS04 to check the simulative planned orders.
Please provide the screen shot of MD04 , MS04 , Production order and Planned order.
Regards

Aditya,
How sure you are that there were some previous requirements and receipts still open and do not appear in MD04?
You said you are comparing with some report is that customized one in that case check whether you really have some open requirements from table entries which are hiding in MD04?
Check below tables for open requirements and see FM:MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API
MDTB MRP Table
PBIM Independent requirement for material
PBHI Independent requirement history
PBED Independent requirement data
Please double check your report data accuracy and Possible share snap shots.

Hello
Check if BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA was used, as this BAdI can be used to hide elements from MD04.
If this BAdI is not used, check this document, which explains how to analyze transaction MD04 in debug:
Using the procedure from this document, you will be able to find exactly why a specific element is not selected or excluded from MD04 display.
Best regards
