VBSET Table Entries

Hello Experts,

I am wondering when VBSET entries are created in SAP.

When I posted parked documents with tax, I couldn't make any VBSET entries no matter what I use automatic calculation function for tax or not.

But, when I looked around VBSET table with SE11 transaction, there were some entries on MM invoice and so on.

So, I don't know when VBSET entries are created in SAP.

Is there anyone who solve this issue?

Hi Chris,

I just encountered the same question.

To me, it seems that table VBSET is no longer filled mit tax data from parked documents since our upgrade to ECC 6.0 EHP7.

Users discovered this issue first when reporting parked docs with RFBELJ00.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any sttement from sAP that this table is no longer supported.

Did you get ahead with your issuemeanwhile?

Hello Klaus,

As far as I know, the case of VBSET table creation is like below.

In 'FB60' transaction, you go to the 'Tax' tab and enter tax information manually.

Thank you for your help first.

As you mentioned, there are some documents from MIR7 transaction at VBSET table.

But, there are some documents that are not created from MM transaction but from FI transaction.

I am wondering how these documents were created in FI transaction.
