I am planning to write SAP workflow certification C_BITWF_73, Can you please suggest any online exams.

There is a paperback titled "SAP Business Workflow with SAP NetWeaver 7.0" from J. Barry and Navjot T. that contains 150 questions similar to the actual exam questions including detailed explanations. Not exactly an "online exam" but as close as you can get.
