How to view blogs which require authorization

When I open a blog, eg. the following one:

http://scn.sap.com/community/erp/manufacturing-pp/blog/2014/11/10/introduction-to-sap-pp-and-common-...

an error shows up saying that I'm unauthorized.

So how can I get the authorization?  Who should be contacted?

It seems this blog has been rejected by moderator..

As it can be assumed that this blog is belongs to basic scenario "introduction-to-sap-pp-and-common-pp-tables".

You need to be a moderator for the particular space to see the rejected blog.

There is no authorization required to access this blog as it is on public forum. I am seeing the same message. I doubt it has been removed by moderators.
