SAP stop working after printing crystal reports

Hi

SAP v9 PL05

Crystal report version 14.0.4.738 RTM

Windows server 2012 R2 Standard

Installed memory (RAM) 128GB

Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2609 v2 @ 2.50Ghz

SQL Server 2012

I have this customer requires to have over 40,000 item master data. They bought a server with above specifications to avoid SAP performance issue but still SAP stops working and shut down after printing crystal report layouts. It does not happen every time, but most of the time. And it is obvious that the problem happens mainly after previewing (Print or without print) crystal report business layouts.

In the crystal report, I use SQL server native client 11.0 as the connection. I use similar layouts for other companies but never encounter such issues. There is something strange also, when I save the layout to SAP, it takes longer time than my other customers' servers.

Your advice is kindly appreciated.
